Eagle Respiratory Solutions, LLC (ERS) warrants to the original owner, its products or any part against defect in material or workmanship. ERS will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge. If the product is no longer available, ERS reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of equal value. This warranty excludes claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property and does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, or alteration.

ERS insists on exceptional quality. If, in the unlikely event a problem arises that is covered under the ERS lifetime warranty, or you are not satisfied with our products or service, please email our worldwide support address: sales@freedomsling.com or contact one of our authorized distributors to request a registration card or get information on how to submit a claim.

Return Policy

We at Eagle Respiratory Solutions want you to be assured that we offer 100% satisfaction with our product.

If you have received the product and after properly adjusting the belts to fit your frame size and if we cannot assist you over the phone to properly fit you with the Freedom Sling, we will refund the Freedom Sling less the shipping and handling charges once the product has been returned to us. This applies to a 30 day period after receipt of the Freedom Sling.
